What is Gold vermeil？
Our Sterling Silver product is good quality with 18K Gold vermeil. This is a high quality type of gold-plated. Its base material is sterling silver and it has a super thick layer of gold plating for long-lasting colour and shine.
What is your Jewellery made of?
The materials used in each product are listed on the individual product page. We use 14k gold for Fine Jewellery Product which is beautiful, subtle hue, and durability.
What are the materials of RAVEN Y. bracelets？
We use 100% genuine leather from Italy which are high-quality cowhide and lambskin with a stainless steel magnetic clasp.
How to open the bracelet?
Hold both sides of magnetic clasp and pull the clasp in opposite direction.
What do I need to know about my Leather bracelet?
LEATHER: As a natural feature of genuine leather, you may notice gentle shading and variations in color.
METAL: Oxidation disappears with time. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not a defect. Perspiration and exporsure to chemicals or contaminants in water may tarnish the products.
How can I take care of my leather bracelet?

Leather is a natural product that will benefit from careful protection. Do not use in water or other liquids that may cause discoloration.

Avoid exposure of the leather to sun or moisture as well as contact with make-up perfume.

Should the leather get wet , gently dry it with a natural - colored , absorbent, non-fluffy cloth.

Avoid contact of light-colored patent leather with darker materials as this will cause color migration.

Remove leather prior to swimming, bathing and other sporting/ physical activities.
What color is the engraving?
The engraving color can vary slightly. Matte finishing will have black/dark grey engraving. Polished Black finishing will have white/sliver engraving.

How long will I have to wait for my order?
Fine Jewellery Product orders will be dispatched around 3-4 weeks of of payment receipt.
Sterling Silver Product orders will be dispatched around 10-14 working days of of payment receipt.
Leather Bracelet orders will be dispatched around 6-10 working days of of payment receipt.
If you require your order urgently, please feel free to contact us.
How long does shipping take?
We use SF EXPRESS for shipping，it takes around 1-2 working days. You will receive a shipping number after dispatched.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Yes if we have not start production yet just WhatsApp us as soon as possible.
